GEBIE Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES)
The GEBIE Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) provides intensive case management, recruitment and supported employment placement services, vocational and non-vocational training to people residing in The Groote Eylandt Archipelago region.
RAES offers tailored services, including monthly driver training, workshops, and specialised youth services including our GEBIE Next Generation Project for youth.
Tailoring support for Jobseekers to prepare for work and form linkages with a range of service providers to reduce barriers to employment.
Supporting employers and Jobseekers with recruitment, Job placements and intensive tailored Employment Placement Support services.
Including access to a range of vocational and non-vocational training and specialised Community Projects across our sites.
Tailored to all cohorts promoting participation through special events, capacity building and enhancing work readiness skill sets.
